Richard A. Wolpow is founder and Chief Executive Officer of POC Network Technologies (PNT) and Co-founder and Vice Chairman of Dispensing Solutions Inc. (DSI).

Prior to founding DSI, Mr. Wolpow advised small to mid-size private and public companies for 15 years. An entrepreneur through and through, Richard has invested in and developed a number of ventures in apparel and resort fractional ownership. He was closely involved in developing music libraries and an archive film brokerage; he also led a successful audio post-production company.

Since 1995, Mr. Wolpow has focused primarily on the healthcare industry. In the late 1990s, he helped create TheHealthchannel.com and was the primary investor and principal shareholder of Trinity Health Ventures. This latter enterprise was sold in September 2000 to Odyssey Health Care Inc. (NASDAQ: ODSY). He was also co-founder and a principal of Freedom Health Inc., a developer of an intelligent debit health card in alliance with MasterCard, Buck Consultants, Mellon Bank and Delta Health.

Mr. Wolpow's career also includes two years with Dean Witter Reynolds where he maintained several securities licenses. Mr. Wolpow studied economics and marketing at California State University, Long Beach.
