Andrea Serrate,CPA, is Vice President of Specialty and Payor Services for PNT as well as Managing Partner for Specialty Services of America, LLC, a national healthcare consulting firm located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ms. Seratte has been a consultant to hospitals, physician practices and specialty service providers in the areas of business development, sales, revenue cycle management, practice assessments, managed care program/IPA product development, process improvement, financial analyses, budgets, information system selection, implementation and strategic planning. Her clients include a number of nationally recognized for-profit and not-for-profit institutions, as well as successful start-up companies.

Ms. Seratte has been closely involved with PNT since its founding in 2007 and has enjoyed a business relationship with PNT’s partner, Dispensing Solutions Inc., since 2005. While contracting with DSI, she was responsible for a number of special projects, including identifying and developing the business model for the eDispense Vaccine Manager. Prior to working with Dispensing Solutions, her firm was the top producer for one of DSI’s point-of-care competitors.

Before joining DSI and PNT, Ms. Seratte was Vice President of Development and Operations, Southwest Region, for BMJ Medical Management Inc.. She was responsible for the acquisition, operations and expansion of affiliated orthopedic practices and ancillary services in the Southwest. She has also held a variety of vice-president level positions for NovaCare Rehabilitation as well as regional CFO.

As Vice President of Operations for Rehab Managed Care of Arizona, she brought the industry’s first rehab managed care organization to market.

Ms. Seratte completed her accounting studies at Florida Atlantic University after obtaining a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts. She is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
