Previously, Mr. Drislane was a senior vice president at Healtheon, which eventually became WebMD. Before joining Healtheon, he held a number of executive positions at Electronic Data Systems over a 24-year period including President of EDS's healthcare division.

Mr. Drislane received his Master of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Science, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Science, from California State University in Sacramento.
